In coordination with NASCAR, race breaks and stage lengths have been set for all three national series, as officially announced on Thursday by New Hampshire Motor Speedway. The new racing format, which unveiled by NASCAR three weeks ago, was determined through great deal of discussion across the industry in an effort to provide the most exciting racing for the fans.
"I truly believe that this new format is going to provide our fans with something really special," said David McGrath, executive vice president and general manager. "The stage is set for some of the most unrelenting and intense racing that we have ever seen here at New Hampshire Motor Speedway."
This new three-segment format will be used for the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, XFINITY Series and Camping World Truck Series races:
Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series
July 16 - New Hampshire 301
Stage 1 ends on Lap 75 (75 laps)
Stage 2 ends on Lap 150 (75 laps)
Final Stage ends on Lap 301 (151 laps)
Sept. 24 - New England 300
Stage 1 ends on Lap 75 (75 laps)
Stage 2 ends on Lap 150 (75 laps)
Final Stage ends on Lap 300 (150 laps)
NASCAR XFINITY Series
July 15 - Lakes Region 200
Stage 1 ends on Lap 45 (45 laps)
Stage 2 ends on Lap 90 (45 laps)

NASCAR Camping World Truck Series
Sept. 23 - UNOH 175
