Friends of New Hampshire Motor Speedway,
We hope you and your loved ones are staying safe and healthy. During this time of uncertainty due to COVID-19, we want you to know that your well-being is important to us and that we are committed to keeping you up-to-date on what's happening as we prepare for the upcoming race season.
We are staying in constant contact with state and local public health officials on the most up-to-date facts. Schedule changes have occurred due to this rapidly-evolving situation, however the NHMS team is continuing to prepare for our events.
As part of NASCAR's revised 2020 schedule, the July 19 NASCAR Cup Series Foxwoods Resort Casino 301 has been postponed to August 2 at 3 p.m., and New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu has approved a comprehensive action plan to allow fans to attend. The grandstands and suites at "The Magic Mile" will be open to race fans subject to social distancing requirements and additional health and safety protocols.
NASCAR has also realigned the NASCAR Xfinity Series Lakes Region 200 from our race weekend to Kentucky Speedway, and the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour Nor'Easter 100 has been canceled. The NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour is scheduled to return to Loudon for the third annual Full Throttle Fall Weekend, Friday and Saturday, September 11-12, with the longest race on the Tour, the Musket 200 presented by Whelen.
We are continuing to work closely with our track rental clients on their upcoming events, as they're eager to bring you great racing and entertainment.
